The Mountdale Family Health Clinic operates within the Mountdale Medical Centre, a new multi-service clinic in Thunder Bay South. The Medical Centre features the Family Health Clinic, Dermatology, Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation, a Pharmacy, and Medical Aesthetics.

Mountdale Family Health Clinic is focused on you and your family. Our physicians are excited to come alongside you and help you reach your best self. The clinic resides within the Mountdale Medical Centre, which offers the convenience of a physiotherapy clinic, pharmacy, and dermatology clinic.

Registration for the walk-in clinic will be returning to in-person registration.

 

In-person registration will take place at 3:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays and 9:00 am on Saturdays.
We ask that you do not come any earlier than those times to ensure we do not crowd the waiting area.
The cell number used previously to book a walk-in appointment will no longer be active.
